Victoria Hogan: She’s an undercover agent and a spy under a secret agency acknowledged as AGCA. The same agency initiated by African administration.

My name is Victoria Hogan. I'm a shape-shifter mutant and double agent who works as a spy by transforming myself into other beings. I was previously noticed by my agency as just a dancer from the East and now operate as an intelligent undercover spying secret agent, for our African governmental criminal agency identify as AGCA. My mission is centred on gathering and obtaining Top secret or confidential intelligence information from non-disclosed sources and making it known to our agency without the permission of the rightful holder of the information. Our agency is part of an institution created by our Great United States of African government. And i am practically assigned with a duty from our government and agency to obtain political and military information from every angle. And then returning information such as the size and strength of the enemy forces. However, my term of operations is again associated with state spying, on potential or actual enemies for our African intelligent private information purposes, directed to few other intelligence detachment that is also initiated by our African administration. One of my most effective ways of gathering data and information about a targeted organization or a criminal, is by infiltrating their ranks. This is my job as AGCA. Not with standing, In times of crisis, as an Espy' I steal technology from the enemy's in various ways, and deliberately obstruct their plans, by given information regarding it to our agency or to any detachment I'm assigned to operate with for a short term investigation. My information are mostly for political or military advantage.

And in the movie my name would be’ Victoria Hogan. Colonel Usman Bashir, is a military Commanding officer in ATU of the Section 009. He is also a Shareholder and a Key member in our ongoing movie title, SAVING AFRICA. His real name is Patriot EC Akoma, however, mostly acknowledged as Colonel Usman Bashir because of his missions in the 009 movie.
