One of my most effective ways of gathering data and information about a targeted organization or a criminal, is by infiltrating their ranks. This is my job as AGCA. Not with standing, In times of crisis, as an Espy' I steal technology from the enemy's in various ways, and deliberately obstruct their plans, by given information regarding it to our agency or to any detachment I'm assigned to operate with for a short term investigation. My information are mostly for political or military advantage.

And in the movie my name would be’ Victoria Hogan. And now I wish to introduce myself only by saying, my name is Victoria Hogan. and I’m a shape-shifter mutant and a double agent who works as spy and CIA for my detachment, by transforming myself into any being that suits my operation. I was previously noticed by my agency as a teenage spy girl at the age of thirteen. And now I operate end to end as an intelligent undercover spying secret agent for the CIA. Colonel Usman Bashir, is a military Commanding officer in ATU of the Section 009. He is also a Shareholder and a Key member in our ongoing movie title, SAVING AFRICA. His real name is Patriot EC Akoma, however, mostly acknowledged as Colonel Usman Bashir because of his missions in the 009 movie.
